Categories with no Page Title, titled with their breadcrumb
When a commerce category’s Page Title is empty, SuiteCommerce titles its page with the breadcrumb names joined by " > " — "Collections > Gifts > Frames" — not with the category name. The category page is often the one that ranks, and its title is the first line of the search result.

What we detect
Commerce categories read from the category API with no Page Title. Verified in the 2024.1 source: the listing page title is the Page Title if there is one, otherwise the breadcrumb text joined by " > ", with facet title tokens appended.
How to fix it
- Write a Page Title naming what shoppers search for, not what the menu says.
- Keep the brand suffix consistent across categories.
- Start with the categories that carry the most products.
- Re-crawl and confirm the listing page title changed.
